I bought a dress from Fresh Soul on the Iconic to wear to my friends wedding next weekend. It didn't fit so I wanted to exchange it for a different size. The dress shipped from Fresh Soul in Belmore which is their head office. Anyway, I thought instead of returning it to the iconic and getting them to send a new one which will take ages, I thought to go to the Wetherill Park store to exchange it. I called them and said I bought this dress from the Iconic I just need to exchange size and the lady over the phone was extremely rude, she wouldnt have it. She said they're a different store we don't exchange.
I said to her it literally came from a Fresh Soul store in BELMORE and she would not have a bar of me. She completely rejected it and I said look, you have this dress in your store. Its from Fresh Soul so the item code is THE SAME. She wouldn't allow it.
